Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Shipment

Securely pack the item in its original ALM box, ensuring all accessories like ribbon cables and screws are present inside the shipping container.

Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our designated service center using a tracked postage method.
